
Discovering Your Midlife Brilliance is a year-long guided journey to help you recover from burnout, restore your energy, and reconnect with your brilliance.

Offered in a supportive virtual group setting, this program meets you where you are and helps you rebuild from the inside out. You will learn how to regulate your nervous system, release old patterns of overdoing, and create a calmer, more sustainable rhythm for your life and work.

Each quarter focuses on a new theme designed to deepen healing and growth. Sessions guide you through reflection, energy practices, and practical tools that support clarity, confidence, and resilience. Between gatherings, you will receive Brilliance Practices to help you integrate what you learn to restore balance and calm while still moving towards your goals.

As the year unfolds, participants experience more energy, clearer boundaries, and renewed motivation. They rediscover their voice, their purpose, and their capacity for joy.

You will finish the year with tools you can keep using, a steadier relationship with yourself, and a clear sense of direction for what comes next.
